THE THREE ERP-CRM CATEGORIES
The primary objective of the “Dynamic Business and Operations Lab” (DBOL) is to bridge the gap between academia and the industry. It will provide students with a lifelike experience of working in various companies across different industries. By creating a framework for an organizational structure, the DBOL will enable students to apply the knowledge acquired throughout their academic careers effectively in their new roles. This initiative aims to significantly reduce the adaptation period for students when they commence employment.
This web-based DBOL is designed to offer students (in-person and/or online) a comprehensive and functional educational environment. This Lab will encourage practical learning and the application of concepts related to business, management, and operational processes in the following careers:
BUSINESS
In this lab, students will be introduced to simulated LMS-ERP-CRM systems, taking them on a journey through the management of real businesses. They will interact with different departments and gain an understanding of their importance and how they interact with one another.
COSMETOLOGY BUSINESS
The primary objective of this Lab is to prepare students for successful careers in the beauty industry by providing a realistic experience of working in a salon. This program will create a framework for understanding salon operations, enabling students to apply their knowledge effectively in real-world scenarios. Graduates of this program will be well- equipped with essential hard and soft skills.
TRADE BUSINESS
The primary goal of this Lab is to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for flourishing careers in trade industries, including Automotive, HVAC, and Electrician sectors. By simulating a real-world work environment, this program lays a solid foundation for understanding the operations of a trade business, allowing students to apply their learning directly in professional settings. Graduates will emerge fully prepared, possessing both the technical expertise and interpersonal skills critical for success in these fields.
